In Flanders Field
The soldiers lie
In Northern Belgium
They have died.
They fought in wars
So hard and long,
Although they hurt
They stayed strong.
They fought so long
to keep us free,
and now we are
both you and me.
Canadian soldiers
fought in the war,
These brave young men
We know no more.
They fought for our
freedom and now they
are in Flanders Field. |
