She stands back and contemplates life
From her own little casing
Wont dare to speak up
For what she says may be unappreciated
She cares not for this world
Yet she tries so hard to be liked
Hiding behind a person she knows not well
Nor fond of either
She dislikes what she has become
Knowing fully that it was her decision
And had she make the same decision again
She would
She thinks she is different
Unaware that she is not alone
She holds her head high and always wears a smile
Although when shes alone she drowns in her tears
She has grown to hate herself
She has a great difficulty in enduring
What she cannot forgive
She wants you to take her hand
For she is lost in herself
