One of Hockey's Greatest Players

Thoren FleuryThoren Fleury is 5'6", weighs 180 pounds and shoots right. Fleury, one of the game's greatest players, was born on June 29, 1968 in Oxbow, Sask.

Fleury twice topped 100 points in a season. Including 51 goals, 53 assists in 1990-91 with the Calgary Flames. He continued his great scoring with 34 goals, 66 assists in 1992-93, 40 goals in 1993-94 and 46 goals in the 1995-95 season.

As a rookie member of the 1988-89 Calgary Flames' Stanley Cup champions, Fleury had three game-winning goals during those playoffs.

He is the Flames' all-time leading scorer with 364 goals and 466 assists. A total of 830 points.

Thoren FleuryFleury was also a member of Canada's winning 1981 Canada Cup Team.

Prior to his entry into the NHL, he scored over 100 points for the WHL's Moose Jaw team, including a final season of 68 goals, 92 assists for a total of 160 points. Fleury was also Captain of Canada's 1987 World Junior Championship Team.

Fleury is no doubt one of hockey's greatest players.
