Every man's dream is to have a job at home – close to their families and friends. But for some men this is just not possible. To leave for work and come home the same day would be the first thing that these men would trade for if they had the chance.

Instead, they have to put up with long traveling time, not seeing their families every day and not working in the province that they love, which is something most people take for granted.
